  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Propagate the benefits of stem cells banking to potential customers, hospitals and ObGyns.
Market CryoCords products and services to potential customers, hospitals and ObGyns.
  • Increase customer database and meet acquisition and sales targets as set by the Company.
Execute activities/processes necessary in the facilitation of sales and after sales service.
  • Produce structured and scheduled reports on activities and progress.
Execute and participate in marketing and promotional activities, hospital and public events, exhibitions, etc.
  • Maintain a strict code of ethics and professionalism in service delivery.
Develop and sustain strong business relationship with Doctors, Physicians, Surgeons, Specialists, Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals through excellent customer service to ensure continuous support from them.
  • Responsible for customer support and keep customers informed of new products, pricing and any relevant updates.
Handle customer-related enquiries and complaints.
  • Other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.
  • DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Life Science, Medical Science or its equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply .
  • Strong interest in the cord blood banking and stem cell industry.
Proven track records in sales.
  • Responsible, committed, self-motivated and result oriented individual who takes pride in his/her work.
Positive attitude, versatile and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Service oriented, flexible and proactive towards clients needs.
Strong determination to reach challenging goals and creating business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Possess valid driving license with own transport.
  • Must be able to converse well in English and Malay languages.
