Job Responsibility
What Do We Need You to Do
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring seamless communication and consultation throughout the design and construction phases.
- Contact marketing leads and provide expert consultation on space and budget planning.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate spaces and take precise measurements.
- Prepare quotations and layout plans for prospective clients with the help of our design team.
- Handle payment collection throughout the project duration.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations from start to finish.
- Facilitate project handovers
- Support other teams when required by conducting site visits to ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Manage project documentation to keep track of progress and transparency.
- Travel within the Klang Valley area; own transport is required.
