We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. The Sales Intern will assist with promoting room rentals, coordinating viewings, and handling various operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Post Advertisements:

Create and post room rental advertisements on social media platforms and room rental websites.

• 2. Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule appointments for room viewings with potential tenants.

• 3. Reporting:

Submit daily reports detailing the number of room viewings and enquiries received.

• 4. Operational Tasks:

Assist with various operational tasks as needed.

• 5. Site Inspection:

Conduct inspections of rooms to ensure they meet our standards.

• 6. Client Meetings:

Meet with interested clients to showcase available rooms. (1-2 projects, typically within 1-2 condominiums during the internship period).

• 7. Agent Claims:

Process claims from agents involved in the rental process.

• 8. Tenant Reports:

Prepare and maintain reports related to tenants and rental activities.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
