Responsible for providing support to the sales team during and after the sales process.- To prepare the sales contract, sales order, and providing suitable quotations that are in line with the companys objectives.
To follow up on quotations with customers to secure the business while maintaining a healthy relationship with them through excellent customer service.
- To maintain sales and customer records, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports or whenever requested by the management.
Performing any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or any equivalent academic studies
Logistics knowledge would be an added advantage
Proactive and have positive mindset environment
Good interpersonal skills, analytical and communication skills
Know to speak Mandarin (Preferred)

Duration: At least 3 months or 6 months
