We have grown from 3 to 20 people in one year and greatly diversified our offering. We are now in lean growth mode, looking to onboard similarly-minded people and make sure our clients are always happy and keep coming back while strengthening our service level. We are also looking to expand our clientele to newer brands and businesses
- What does a Junior Sales Executive do
- - You are responsible to masterfully unearth hidden gems of potential clients and forging great client connections in the wild landscape of the marketing world.
- You are to introduce our company and the unique solutions we offer to new and unchartered prospect brands, businesses and media agencies and secure discovery meetings.
- This role requires you to be comfortable in making consistent cold calls to new brands and agencies, set up meetings to share our marketing solutions and build great client connections! Don't worry, training will be provided; if this is your first time.
- This role is open to those who have 1 - 2 years in Sales & Marketing experience
selling media or marketing solutions towards brands and advertising/media/brand agencies; and are wanting to further gain experience and learning in the art of cold calling, prospecting and generating ideal leads for REFORM. (We've worked with Mobile Legends, Marina Bay Sands, Gauthmath App, United International Pictures, CIMB and more!)What You'll Be Doing:

- Prospecting Exploration: Discover new brands and agencies that would benefit from harnessing the power of KOL & Digital Marketing. Seek out potential clients who are eager to amplify their reach in the digital realm. Cold calling grit is a must have.
- Write Enticing Emails: Craft dazzling emails and messages that light up the inboxes of potential clients.
- Conversation Specialist: Engage in thrilling conversations that make prospects say, Tell me more!, Let's meet and Where do I sign up
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing maestros to fine-tune your strategies and create the ultimate pitch arsenal.
- Prospect Relationship Building: Be the navigational compass that guides prospects through our array of services, showcasing why we're their dream solutionThe Key Requirements:

- Passionate KOL & Digital Marketing Enthusiast: You are interested in KOL & Digital Marketing, always staying on top of the latest trends and/or industry best practices.
- Work Dynamism: Ability to operate well between phone calls, emails, and online outreach platforms.
