Retail experience is preferred. Previous experience in streetwear or fashion retail will be an added advantage. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Willing to work on rotational shift basis and during weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Good customer service and energetic Communication skills and teamwork.
Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
Utilize product knowledge to recommend, cross-sell and upsell products and complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the store.
Stay informed about product features, specifications, and benefits.
Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and sales events to effectively communicate them to customers.
Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
