We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our retail team
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
-Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
-Accurately process sales using the point of sale system.
Actively contribute to the achievement of store sales targets.
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Proven working experience in retail sales.
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
-A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
-Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
