Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily sales administration and coordination activities, providing crucial support to the sales team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales and marketing team as required.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and provide necessary after-sales support.
- Maintain and organize sales data, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing all sales orders.
- File important documents and communicate relevant information internally.
- Generate documents for samples and sales invoices, maintaining proper filing systems.
- Coordinate with sales and distribution channels to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Monitor stock status across distribution channels.
- Assist in achieving company sales targets by supporting sales-related activities.
- Aid the Sales & Marketing team in day-to-day operational tasks.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and computer literate.
- Positive team player with a strong enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving.
- Possession of a valid driving license and own transportation.
- Willingness to travel outstation when required.
- Preferably has knowledge of the security systems industry.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, coordination, or support roles.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum Diploma in any business related field or equivalent.
