Responsibilities:- Greet customers and assist them in finding products and medications.
Answer customer inquiries regarding medications, health concerns, and over-the-counter products.- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure smooth workflow.- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and prescriptions.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
