Sales Support:
- - Service the repeat sales for existing clients (assist allowance given)
- - Search for new clients through cold calls, making appointments with clients and other methods (sales commission given)
- Assist with customer inquiries, prepare proposal, prepare quotation, order processing, and follow-up communications.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Help coordinate sales events and promotional activities.

Operations Support:
- Assist with order fulfilment, including packaging and shipping coordination. If necessary assist with production as well.
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely reordering.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Help resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain operational documentation and assist with process improvements.
