Project Oversight
As a Sustainability Sales, you will be supporting the Executive Director in overseeing sustainability projects. You are expected to possess the listed attributes and competently execute the following tasks:
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to understand and contribute to project plans.
- Assist in developing timelines and milestones, ensuring structured project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, providing detailed updates and addressing any deviations.
Stakeholder Communication
- Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders/Clients, demonstrating independence and initiative.
- Provide regular updates on project status, achievements, and challenges with a clear and detailed approach.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from customers and other stakeholders/Clients.
- Perform other coordinating / administrative tasks as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role is encouraged to apply, preferably in sustainability or environmental projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly and accurately.
- Excellent in using the Microsoft office, i.e. Excel, Word, PPT.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, emphasizing a structured and systematic approach.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI) is an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.
