Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base in the laundry industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain our competitive edge.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a successful track record in leadership positions.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience in the laundry industry or related field is preferred.
