JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming each customer and promoting the product
Develop and maintain good product knowledge and recommend product features and benefits to meet customers needs and wants
Meet store and personal sales targets and KPIs by providing an exceptional level of service and experience to all customers in-store
Help maintain the shop image through regular housekeeping, ensuring products are priced correctly, assist with visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment
To ensure that all procedures and policies are understood and that all work is carried out in accordance with those standards

Malaysian who must be at least 18 years of age and fully vaccinated
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
Enjoy talking to people and be at ease approaching customers and demonstrating our products
Able to work in shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
A strong team player and able to work in fast-paced environment
