Diploma/Certificate in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in customer service related.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and with the ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, independent and a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
Responsibilities
To implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales objectives and targets, for example tele-sales.
To assist the sales manager/senior in issuing quotations and follow up.
To maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
To manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately, providing regular updates and reports to the management / director.
To coordinate with internal departments, including calibration services, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
To participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking activities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
To negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
