Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Attend client enquiries, assist and support sales conveying process
  • Source of property listing
  • Follow up sales & to meet sales targets consistently
  • To provide excellent sales service to clients
  • Obtaining info about properties to be sold or leased, the circumstances of owner and the needs of buyers or tenants
  • Showing properties to be sold or leased to buyers or tenants and explaining terms of sale or condition of rent/lease
  • Facilitating negotiations with tenants & owners on rents and fees
  • Collecting rent and bond monies on behalf of owners and inspecting properties before, during & after tenancies
  • Answering phone calls and coordination with Owner and Tenant
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Any ad-hoc assignment / tasks given by superior/director from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Must able to speak in Mandarin(Compulsary)
  • Fresh graduate/No working experience are welcome
  • No education level required
  • Having car driving license
  • Able to work according to company culture
  • Able to multitasking & work under pressure
  • Hardworking, responsible, and aggressive individual
