Providing excellent customer service includes greeting customers, answering their questions, and assisting them in finding the right appliances for their needs.
Conducting product demonstrations to show customers how to use the appliances and highlighting their key features.
Maintaining product displays and ensuring that the store's display of home appliances is visually appealing and organized.
Keeping track of inventory levels and informing management when stock needs to be replenished.

Can speak in English and Mandarin
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the appliance or electronics industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge or interest in appliances and technology.
Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexibility to work on weekends or during peak hours.
6 working days a week, including weekends; 1 day off per week.
