Job Responsibilities - Experience in handling administrative work, proper monitoring, paperwork related to product -related matters.
- Perform administrative and office support.
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Sales and Marketing support
- Maintaining the company social media accounts
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Managers and Senior
Management
- Follow up and monitoring of completed sales
- Able to work independently, self motivated and able to handle customer enquiries
- Assist to plan, develop, implement and oversee company operation and planning
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the MANAGEMENT from time to time
- KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILL DESIRABLE:

1) Competency in Malay.
2) Experience in Sales
3) Knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint Software
4) Ability to negotiate and understanding of sales and marketing skills.
