Lead sales and marketing team to achieve companys sales target (KPI).
Plan and monitor the implementation of marketing and sales activities towards achieving companys sales targets within approved budget.
Develop sales & marketing strategies and packages and feedback to Regional Head on the effectiveness.
Constantly analyze prospect database and formulate strategies to drive sales in order to meet the sales targets.
To monitor aging of booking conversion and quota utilization (e.g. Bumi quota, promotion rebate etc.) to ensure effective execution of sales plan in a timely manner.
Prepare and analyze sales report in a timely manner to allow Regional Head keeps track on sales achievement.
Align and operationalize the marketing and sales strategies with the team to achieve functional effectiveness and product differentiation.
Review and comment on advertising and promotional materials to ensure that the marketing message and collaterals are aligned with the product brief.
Analyze market trend and consumer behaviors in order to support the Management in better decision making during the product development and recommend pricing proposals of products.
Well verse in business plan and develop overall sales strategies to achieve the companys sales target.
Motivate, support and coach the sales team to enhance their career development, growth and team morale.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or related discipline.
Minimum 5 of working experience in property sales industry.
