Order Collection: Collect orders from customers, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with internal teams to handle order fulfillment and delivery.
Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. Manage stock levels effectively to meet customer demand and minimize discrepancies.
Customer Support and Retention: Deliver support to existing clients, promptly addressing any issues and enhancing overall customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Product Presentations and Negotiations: Lead presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.

Job Requirements
Diploma / Bachelors degree in related fields.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Sales & Marketing
Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
