Job Description

Job Responsibility

Responsibility

  • Promote and sell our products in stores or at events.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Engage with customers, provide excellent service, and assist with inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies.
  • Ensure products are well-displayed, stocked, and organized.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
  • Report sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory levels.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, or any relevant dialect.
  • Ability to work 6 days per week with 2 rotating shifts.
