• Job Description:

Almas Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales operations, and maintaining the overall presentation of our store.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries, product selections, and purchases

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Manage inventory, including restocking shelves and arranging displays

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Support the sales team in achieving targets and goals

• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

• Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach

Basic computer skills for managing sales systems

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required

Must be located in or near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
