Retail Hours : 11am-8pm

Work Location: Aurora Place Bukit Jalil & The Strand Mall Kota Damansara.

• Responsibilities:-

Greeting customers and assisting them in making purchases.

• Identifying customers needs and matching with available products or services.

Promoting products to customers.

• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Maintain a good relations with customers before, during and after purchasing process.

• Provide customer with information upon order status in terms of production status and logistical arrangement .

Keep up-to-date with product information.

• Follow all companies policies and procedures.

• Requirements:

Able to work retail hours and on Weekends & Public Holidays.

• Capable of travel independently for work to either both showrooms (Bukit Jalil & Kota Damansara)

Energetic, Sociable, Confident, and result-oriented

Responsible Attendance and Punctuality

• Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia (Compulsory)
