Legend Interiors is a Hong Kong based award winning Interior fit-out specialist with 8 offices across Asia. Our Malaysia office is looking for a talented, client facing Business Development Manager to aid with ongoing and new project wins.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Identify new potential partnership and opportunities in Malaysia and other parts of South East Asia
- Consistently conduct market research and keep up to pace with the market trends.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase branding and awareness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients locally and in the South East Asia.
- Achieve new projects to increase revenue target.
- Work closely with internal functional teams on projects and tender.
- Conduct presentation and pitching to potential clients.
- Ability in critical thinking in project planning to ensure success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experience
- Existing contacts with retail brand, architects, designers and project management consultants will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin would be a benefit.
- Able to work independently and has good initiatives.
- Able to work in Kuala Lumpur City, Malaysia
