Plan and implement marketing campaigns Manage the launch of promotions such as discounts, special events, or new menus.
- Manage the restaurant's social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. Interact with followers on social media to increase customer engagement.
Providing promotional materials such as posters, vouchers and banners. Work with graphic designers to ensure promotional materials are attractive and consistent with the restaurant's brand.- Provide promotional activities outside the restaurant such as at food festivals or trade fairs. Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Analyze and Manage sales data and provide sales performance reports to management.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and wants. Train restaurant staff on sales techniques and how to provide good customer service.
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team to achieve their targets.
Collaborate with influencers or food bloggers to increase restaurant exposure.- Gathering a new customer database and doing research on feedback from customers.
