We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and selling high-end real estate developments and will excel at building relationships with both local and international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell high-end property developments to local and international customers.
- Handle sales inquiries, conduct property viewings, assist with loan applications, and manage the entire sales process.
- Generate leads through personal marketing efforts and networking.
- Liaise with financial institutions to facilitate the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ensure show units are maintained in excellent condition.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing of high-end real estate properties is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
