Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, media and relevant field.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in marketing or brand management within the real estate sector, with a solid understanding of the industry's dynamics and trends.
Strong communication skills in both Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to create and present content in 3 languages. Fluency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
Familiarity with popular social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with the ability to leverage these resources to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
