Job Description

Job Responsibility

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential clients or customers.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
  • Introduce and explain the training program, focusing on customer benefits.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally and tactfully.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve or exceed daily call and conversion targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Handle the training event from preparation to completion.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication (Malay & English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Google Sheet, Google docs etc).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
