We are seeking a Corporate B2B Sales Channel Executive/Senior to join our dynamic and growing team. As the first cold-pressed juice manufacturer in Malaysia, we are looking for someone with a passion for growth and innovation who can help us expand our business. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the beverage industry or a related field, excellent communication skills, a self-motivated and positive mindset, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Identify and develop new B2B sales channels to increase revenue.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Develop sales plans and reports to track progress and achievements.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Participate in trade shows and events to promote the company's products and services.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the beverage industry or a related field.- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, open-minded, positive and can-do attitude with youthful energy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Fluent in English and Bahasa or Mandarin. Basic salary plus commission ranging from RM3,000 to RM7,000, depending on performance.- Excellent career growth opportunities.
