Job Responsibility
- Client Acquisition & Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Develop and implement strategies to cultivate long-term relationships with new clients.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions to exceed expectations.
- Product Expertise & Training: Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for both existing and potential clients. Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends to ensure clients receive the latest information.
- Market Analysis & Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for market expansion. Analyze consumer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Client Financial Management: Monitor and address outstanding client payments promptly. Maintain accurate financial records and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Marketing & Business Development: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote brand awareness and drive client engagement.
- Client Support & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions. Ensure a positive client experience by addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- Able to communicate in Mandarin as the job required to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
