Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales and Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and executing sales and marketing strategies for our medical products, focusing on both retaining existing clients and exploring new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will also be adept at digital marketing, utilizing various channels to drive sales conversions and enhance our brand presence internationally. Base salary of RM3,000 and commission potential of RM2,000 to RM10,
Develop and implement sales strategies to retain existing international buyers and attract new clients.- Identify and research potential new markets and business opportunities for medical products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and report on sales trends and forecasts.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.- Create engaging content for social media channels, website, and other digital platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and update the companys website and social media profiles to ensure they are current and effective.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.- Prepare reports on sales and marketing activities, including campaign performance and market feedback.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the medical products industry.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proactiveness:
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.Transport:
Own transport is required.Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
