You will work for our Malaysia branch Forest Algo sdn bhd to introduce a set of successful FinTech products from Hong Kong.
Responsible for generating new sales leads and converting them into paying customers through outbound sales calls, emails, and other outreach methods
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Proactively identify and address customer needs, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and customer service strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the company's products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Achieve individual and team-based sales and customer service targets and key performance indicators- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as required
1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Committed to providing exceptional customer service- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
Familiarity with the industry/market is preferred
- Multilingual capabilities are an advantage
