About Finalyst:
We are an exciting new startup offering a comprehensive personal financial planning app, Finalyst. Our mission is to empower financial planners with the tools they need to help clients achieve their financial goals. We are looking for a driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth by expanding our subscriber base and partnering with agencies and enterprises.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales efforts to acquire new subscribers and secure partnerships with agencies and enterprises to adopt the Finalyst App system.
- Demo and Training: Conduct Finalyst demos for potential users and provide training sessions for groups, both online and offline, to ensure they understand how to use Finalyst effectively.
- Software Testing: Continuously testing the app for bugs and accuracy (need TVM knowledge), ensuring the app's smooth operation and quality assurance, especially as new features are developed and implemented.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial planning industry (e.g., insurance, unit trust).
- Financial Planning Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial planning principles, holding a relevant degree or professional title such as RFP or CFP.
- Communication Skills: Outgoing personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and train effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
