Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience in analysis and sales strategy planning, particularly in the education sector, is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or any related data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Fresh Graduates with good logical thinking and creative minds are welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential. Required to liaise with Mandarin speaker stakeholders.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
  • Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights for optimizing sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement internal and external initiatives that enhance team engagement, improve conversion rates, and support sales targets.
  • Develop employee incentive strategies quarterly, monthly, and weekly to boost team motivation and drive productivity.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving service-related targets and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate and execute operational projects assigned by headquarters, ensuring successful implementation and addressing challenges within the team.
  • Identify and escalate any operational issues or limitations within the sales process, facilitating prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate on promotional strategies aimed at improving customer acquisition and conversion.
