Job Description

Job Responsibility

Evaluate ongoing sales team performance, conduct regular performance reviews and provide training when necessary.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Manage and resolve operation issues arise from sales team and ensure a stable sales team structure.
Communicate and execute sales activities, and ensure sales team is aligned with company direction.
Collaborate with Key Account, Sales Operation Analyst and other inter-departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet/ exceed sales target.
Analyze market trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities for growth.
To identify opportunities for sales processes improvements, develop and implement strategies.
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is a plus.
Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG.
A hands-on, proactive, independent, responsible and high integrity.
Excellent communications skills, collaborate easily with others, and adapt agilely.
Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
Possess own transport.
