Job Description- Create and maintain a retail culture focused on the customer, enhance the buying experience build relationships that lead to long-term business growth; and demonstrate detailed knowledge of all products and services.
Responsible for achieving sales goals.- Positively affect profitability in the areas of customer service, sales, inventory/ expense control risk management.
Responsible for effective implementation of all visual merchandising standards operational direction.
- Ensure that standards are being followed including floor sets, cleanliness, marketing, signage sales promotion.
Create merchandise presentations as well as displays that have an impact, are customer focused maximize sales.- Ensure each customer is welcomed into the store in a warm genuinely sincere manner.
Ensure the appropriate quality time is spent with the customer, asking questions to learn about his/her needs, preferences lifestyles.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
Posses customer service and communication skills.
- Good in maintaining Inventory, Store, Organized, Independent person.
Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin.- 6 working days (off day on weekdays).
Training will be provided.
Salary range : RM1,
- 00 - RM4,000.00 + Commissions + OT + EPF + SOCSO
