Generating leads, qualifying prospects, preparing sales quotations & business proposals and closing sales over the phone and through virtual communication channels.
Understand prospect needs and requirements to demonstrate the companys products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Responsible for your sales performance and to meet or exceed the agreed sales targets and OKRs.
Adhere to the inside sales pre-sales, on-sales and post-sales processes.
Learn and have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of all department processes.
Build and maintain accurate database and records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the companys SAP RM.
Provide ongoing after-sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and promote upselling and cross selling opportunities.
Stay informed about market trend, competition and market.
Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and development initiatives.

Job Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent work experience in a similar role can be considered.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related sales role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Experience in the IT, telecommunications, or technology sectors is an advantage.
