Job Responsibility
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and actively seeking out new sales by pursuing, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handling clients query, complaints or objections and gather feedback form clients or prospect and share with internal teams to improve the sales activity and/or other aspect.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to collect information and prepare data and individual sales report.
- Understand our ideal customers, and pursue new business/sales opportunity by closing gap with supply and demand, changing trends, economy indicators and competitor.
- Other responsibilities
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Note: Good at speaking and writing Mandarin will add advantage to your resume.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin.
- SPM, Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Statistic or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years experience related field.
- Sales knowledge is essential.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Specific Skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written in English, and Bahasa (Good communication in Mandarin will be added as advantage).
- Competent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong in analytic skill and customer service will be advantage.
- Able to work effectively and support business leaders to capitalize and turn data into competitive advantage.
- Result oriented and experience in setting sales goals.
