Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Willing to learn and have a teachable attitude
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media (FB, Insta, TikTok)
  • Good in delivering creative contents and sales
  • Strong thinking and reasoning skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Honest, reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment towards work is a must, for those without working experience
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Assisting customers in locating requested store products.
  • Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
  • Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Unloading and unpacking store deliveries as well as attaching price tags to all store products.

Job Requirements

  • SPM & Above
  • Proven experience working as a sales advisor.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
