Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard
  • Maintain a fully stocked store
  • Ascertains customer's needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Manage points-of-sale processes
  • Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shift hours.

  • Basic RM 1,500
