Selling merchandise in the golf shop.- Advising guests regarding golf equipment, attire, and supplies.
Assisting with setup of shop merchandise display, including unpacking and stocking inventory.
- To answer the telephone in a polite manner, carry out tee time bookings, general administration duties and to be the source of information for all members and guests queries.
Daily opening and closing of cash flow and credit card transactions of payments.- Tournament registration and to computerise tournament scoring.
To provide general supports and administration assistance to the Golf Office.
- Weekly and Monthly Statistical Reports.
To ensure the Reception area is presented to a high standard at all times.- To sell Forest Citys products and promotions to members & guests.
