Minimum SPM qualification.- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.
Proficient in
English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills & high standard of customer service.
Familiar with SQL Accounting Software
& Microsoft Office.
Support Company Sales Team when they are not in the office.- Handle the processing of sales orders with accuracy, timeliness and in accordance to customer delivery requirements.
Follow up on the progress of delivery dates and time of delivery and identify any shortcomings.
- Coordinate with Logistic Department and Inform Sales Team or Clients of any unforeseen delays or problems and arrange alternative delivery dates.
Respond to any enquires and complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.- Handle Telephone Calls and Emails.
Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important sales documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the inventory of sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material, events or exhibitions.- Handle other Sales Administrative Tasks as and when assigned from time to time.
