Form making and management: Use Excel or Google Sheets to make and manage the forms to ensure that the order data is clear and accurate.
Data summary and SKU sorting: organize the order quantity according to SKU to ensure data integrity and follow-up.
Communication and docking: contact with the manager to confirm the order information, timely update the docking (brand party) warehouse delivery, sort out and confirm the delivery information requirements. Timely follow up the delivery progress, track the domestic transportation situation summary, track the international logistics until the product is delivered to the dealer warehouse, and confirm the receipt.
Payment application: After receiving the payment receipt issued by the brand party and confirming to the manager, submit the payment application to the financial department and follow up the process. After the financial department sends the payment screenshot voucher to the brand party.
Follow up the delivery arrangement, timely synchronize the delivery information and delivery demand with the brand and dealers, and arrange the synchronization to the brand order group. Follow up the logistics order number and give feedback to the dealer.
If it involves after-sales service, timely follow up the specific after-sales problems to collect the after-sales problems that dealers need to solve, summarize and organize them to the manager, and send them to the brand party to follow up the progress of problem solving.
Requirements
Experience requirements: more than 3 years of relevant working experience, with order management experience is preferred.
Pay attention to love trend culture, understand international logistics services, and have experience in handling after-sales service.
Skill requirements: proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets and other form tools, with data processing and analysis ability.
Communication skills: Good Chinese communication and team cooperation skills, able to effectively connect between the company and the brand side.
Meticulous and responsible: meticulous in work and strong sense of responsibility to ensure the accuracy of data.
