Responsibilities:- Manage the sales team's itinerary, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for the sales team
Provide general administrative support, such as filling, data entry and other clerical tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Support on New ERP system - Infor M3- Email the statement to customer
Print PO/defer/change delivery date (Econsave, Trendcell, TF, Hero, Mydin, TFP, Pandamart)
SPM level, Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar role
Good in communication skills and teamwork- Close attention to details
Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Chinese will be an added advantage.
