Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales team's itinerary, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for the sales team
Provide general administrative support, such as filling, data entry and other clerical tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Support on New ERP system - Infor M3
  • Email the statement to customer
Print PO/defer/change delivery date (Econsave, Trendcell, TF, Hero, Mydin, TFP, Pandamart)
  • Requirements:
SPM level, Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar role
Good in communication skills and teamwork
  • Close attention to details
Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Chinese will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM1,999.00 per month
