Sales AdminWe are looking for a suitable candidate to fill a temporary opening from October 2024 to March
- The main role is to provide support to the Sales Team in their daily, weekly as well as monthly administrative work. The responsibilities are as follow and not limited to:
- Data entry, document preparation, and filing;
Maintain vehicle booking system;
- Overseeing drivers schedule;
Prepare sales reports, presentation and correspondence;- Coordinate and track sales orders ensuring timely processing and delivery;
Any other works related to the Sales Team.
- Min Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum SPM & above with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service & sales admin or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accuracy.- Experienced in automotive sales & processes will be an added advantage.
Must be able to start work on 1st October 2024 for 6 months until 31st March 2025.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
