JOB DESCRIPTION : SALES ADMIN / SALES COORDINATOR1) Manage and prepare quotations, sales order, DO & invoices.
2) Process and issue purchase order.
3) Maintain customer and prospects relationship.
4) Manage logistics of goods delivery for orders.
5) Handle walk-in customer enquiries when required.
6) Manage phone calls, emails & Whatsapp enquiries.
7) Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
8) Strong communication and organizational skills.
9) Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
10) Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively contribute to process improvements.
11) Other ad-hoc works assigned by superior.
Our working hour is ;
Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Saturday (On alternate, 8:50am - 1:00pm)
