Verifying orders, including customers personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Expediting orders through internal liaison.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person. Provide information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
High school, diploma or Degree.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Candidates who are fluent in the MANDARIN language is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
