Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities :
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of product to customers.
Prepare and send out quotation to clients based on their requirements and in coordination with the sales team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers inquiries, providing information on products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging product demonstrations, and following up on leads.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure availability of product for timely delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the sales team or management.
Follow up on invoices and payments for sales transactions, working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing travel arrangements, preparing expenses reports, and scheduling meetings.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing or a related filed.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanour.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues professionally.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
