Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Admin to provide the necessary support to the Sales & Marketing Department.

The goal is to facilitate the teams activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

  • Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with team members by managing portfolio schedules within deadline.
  • Communicate with relevant person in charge and obtain the relevant information if necessary.
Respond to incoming calls and provide after-sales support when requested.
  • Attend customer inquiry via phone call and email.
Details oriented to ensure accuracy of the documents preparation.
  • Coordinate with team member on filing important documents to local authority.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all office supplies orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Inform relevant parties of unforeseen delays or problems on submission.
  • Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels.
Strong analytical skill and effectively in follow up cases.
  • Identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Ensure the adequacy of related equipment or material.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
  • Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in business administration or relevant field; certification in business admin or secretarial will be an asset.
  • An excellent communicator who can handle enquiries or complaints from callers.
Able to think on own feet. Can diffuse difficult situations and make customers or clients feel valued.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Manages self and time well.
  • Organized and detailed.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words, in particular).
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
