Job Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day sales support function and general administrative tasks.
Follow up and prepare quotations, proposals, orders, and delivery.- To liaise with suppliers/clients on product enquiries
Provide good customer support by handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management
Technical training will be provided for this role
REQUIREMENTS: Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field of study- Entry Level, Fresh Grads are welcomed
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Required languages: English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers), Bahasa Malaysia.
Demonstrated a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks given- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player, good in interpersonal and negotiating skills
