Job Description

Job Purpose

As a Sales Executive in EVPower Sdn Bhd, individuals will be working closely with the sales team to grow and promote the sales of EVPower Sdn Bhd.

Sales Executives are the first line of contact with all new customers and existing business partners.

Sales Executive will be establishing and maintaining long term business relationships with new and existing customer base.
  • Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire any potential commercial or residential clients through various ways such as cold calls, emails, social media channels, etc.

Manage and interpret customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.

Communicate sales or service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions.

Identify and resolve client concerns; recommending a course of action to alleviate these concerns in the future.

Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively.

Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information as required.

Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

Maintain awareness of pertinent client information, future plans, payment performance;

communicate any client information that may affect company decisions to appropriate departments as needed.

Deep knowledge of EVPower products, services, tools and pricing calculations.

Maintains current EVPower Sdn Bhd product knowledge.

Submit monthly customer visit plans; schedule client meetings and action plans for follow-up.

Submit sales reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

Responsible for setting the customers expectations.

Conduct site visits for any interested parties.

Manage all incoming leads from all channels, update them into sales tracker and master database accordingly as well as follow up closely with all the leads.
  • Required Competencies and Skills *

Competencies/Skills (Essential to succeed in this job).
  • Technical/Functional skills

Commercial knowledge with experience in sales and marketing.

Strong time management skills, able to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power point.

Good attention to detail.

Good Presentation and Writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
